On the first week of April I opened my Greenkeeping College at Askernish Golf Course on the Island of South Uist, Scotland. The Course was run with the support of Elmwood Greenkeeping College Scotland.
The inaugural international students were from China, Spain and Germany.
The subjects covered during the 5 day course were Traditional Links Greenkeeping,Golf Course Architecture and the Links Ecology.
There will be future study weeks organized which will be available to individuals or groups. |
